Excellence, LLC, Dee leads a trauma-informed consulting company that creates safe spaces for schools and
families to thrive emotionally, academically, and systematically. She partners with schools, early childhood
programs, juvenile courts, universities, and organizations to provide trauma-informed training, educational
consulting, coaching, and professional learning. Dee’s commitment to serving schools and families has earned
recognition as the 2024 Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics Winner and 2023 Business of the Year
Honoree by the Dayton Business Journal. Drawing from experience as a teacher, administrator, instructional
